room was spacious and well presented. The staff were friendly and always happy to assist. They even arranged decorations to celebrate my daughter's birthday, which was a lovely surprise. However, the limited dining options could be improved, particularly for kids.

we had a great time at derby! the family suite was spacious with a nice two-floor layout. we loved the outdoor swimming pool with views of the lovely gardens. the location is perfect, close to restaurants and within walking distance to la rambla and sagrada família. the staff were super friendly, making our stay even better.

Breakfast was not included, which felt like a missed opportunity, especially considering the price, and I wish there were more options nearby for light meals. The distance to popular attractions was manageable on foot, although not ideal for families during inclement weather.

They offered great assistance and even remembered my special requests regarding allergies. The breakfast variety was decent, but I wished for a few more options, especially in the healthier category. Location worked well for accessing local attractions without being right in the busy tourist traps. However, the distance to the closest metro station felt like a bit of a trek after a long day. Overall, enjoyed my stay but some tweaks would elevate the experience significantly.
